Hi all,

        My name is Nouran Ashraf; I’m a high school student in Al-Bashaer School, Cairo, Egypt. I’ve created this website about the environment for youth to enjoy and discover hidden facts about nature around us all. There is information about water: all you need to know about it, what is happening to it all around the world, and how to save the source of life…water.

         There is also some information about biodiversity as well as the atmosphere. Through the Yahoo CEDARE Youth Group, you can share with us your comments about anything; whether about the website or about something you heard considering the environment. Also, there are going to be competitions for everyone. Moreover, if you have a great poem or work of art or a fantastic quote about anything, you can always share it with us on OUR FRIENDS page on the site. There is a gallery page on the site for you to see and enjoy the remarkable photos of nature.

        I hope you find the website interesting. I would like to thank Dr. Nadia Ebeid (CEDARE’S Executive Director) and my father for giving me the opportunity to take that step, and the support I received from all CEDARE staff especially Ms. Dahlia Kesseba, Dr. Hossam Allam.
